This Pokemon of the Week is Porygon!
Pokedex Number: 137
Vitual Pokemon
Types: Normal
Average Height: 2' 7"
Average Weight: 80.5 lbs.
Highest Stat: Special Attack
Evolution: Porygon > Porygon 2 > Porygon Z
Abilites: Download / Trace
Weaknesses: Fighting
Resistances: None.
Immunities: Ghost
About this Pokemon: This Pokemon is Man-Made. It can enter computers, And sometimes causes problems. This Pokemon is one of the few Pokemon that doesn't breathe. In Kanto and Johto many people try to win one of these Pokemon at the slots.
What's good about this Pokemon: Because it's Normal type it only has one weakness. Ghost type moves don't work on it. In a pinch, You can change your porygon's type with Conversion or Conversion 2. It can learn the move Recover, Witch is good for most Pokemon to have. Lock On + Zap Cannon is a very good combo. Agility can cover for it's low speed. It grows rather quickly.
What's bad about this Pokemon: It doesn't have any egg moves because it has no gender. It has rather low HP. The only way to evolve it is to trade it when it's holding an Up-Grade.
What I think about this Pokemon: It's a decent Pokemon. It's evolved forms are even better then it though. But all around, It's a Pokemon that would be good for lots of things.

How to get a Gengar in platnuim with out trading
You may think that to get a Gengar you need to trade. But that's not true!!! What you need is any Pokemon Gameboy advanced game. Insert the game in while the DS is off. Then turn it on and go to the Old Chateau. then go to the room with the purple painting in it. Do not be scared if a ghost appears in the room next door. It won't hurt you. Then walk around in the room. Sooner or later, You will find a Gengar! Note: The chance of finding a Gengar by doing this is very low. So it will take some time ( I only encountered two in an hour). And don't call me a lair until you try it your self!

Pokemon of the Week #2
This Pokemon of the week is Mawile!
Pokedex Number : 303
Deceiver Pokemon
Types: Steel
Average Height: 2' 00"
Average Weight: 25.4 lbs.
Evolution: Mawile
Highest stat: Attack + Defense
Abilites: Hyper Cutter/ Intimidate
Weaknesses: Fighting / Fire / Ground
Resistances: Bug / Dark / Dragon / Flying / Ghost / Grass / Ice / Normal / Psychic / Rock / Steel
Immunities: Poison
About this Pokemon: Mawile have huge jaws on the back of they're heads which are really horns. The Horn-Jaws can chew though hard iron, or foes! It often acts cute to lull foes closer and then bites them with the Horn-Jaws.
What's good about this Pokemon: Because it's steel type it has many Resistances, and not many Weaknesses. It has lots of Physical egg moves that go good with it's Attack. It can learn a lot of different type moves and has some good Flinching moves. And it lv.s up quickly.
What's bad about this Pokemon: It has rather low Special Defense and most Fire type moves are Special. It can't learn very many Steel type moves. To get it in Platinum you need a Ruby game.
My opinion on this Pokemon: It's so cute!!! Good to battle with. It's not much for speed but it gets the job done. And with this Pokemon you quite a few options. The one in the battle factory is a rather good pick too.

Breeding tip:
You know how there are some egg moves that can only be taught when you use a Smergle? But how do you get a Smergle to learn those moves? Well there is an easy way! First, Take your Smergle and the Pokemon who has the move you want to teach to the Smergle, Make sure that they are in the first two spots in your team and that the Smergle knows Sketch. then go to Floroma town. Go south out of town, Then you will see two little girls. They have two lv.11 Pachirisus. Battle them. Have your Smergle use Sketch on your other Pokemon. And your other Pokemon uses what ever move you want your Smergle to Learn. Note! This will only Work if your Smergle is slower then your other Pokemon! If your Smergle is too fast, Try Trick Room. Or have your Smergle hold an Iron Ball. And that's how you can teach your Smergle any move you want! Cuz Smergle is the only true Pokemon who can learn any move.

Awesome Pichus
So today I went to a lot of work to get a Pichu with Volt Tackle. But I didn't just give it the egg move Volt Tackle, I also gave it Wish and Fake out! but doing that was rather hard and took a long time. What you need to do is: Breed a female Delcatty, and a male Togeitic with Wish. Breed them until you get a male Skitty with Wish. Then use a Heart Scale to teach it fake out. Then breed it with a female Pikachu holding a Light Ball. and Ta-Da! a Pichu with Volt Tackle, Wish, and Fake Out! Go a head and try it!

Shiny Pokemon
I am posting about shiny Pokemon because I feel like doing it. For some of the many people who do not know yet, shiny pokemon are EXTREMELY rare Pokemon. Well they are just Pokemon that are colored diffrantly then normal. But the chance of encountering on of these pokemon is about 1 in 8000! But then how do some people have so many of them? Here are some ways that this can happen, Just plain luck, G.T.S spy (Looks on G.T.S all the time), Looks all over the place all the time, Chains for them (I do that for my shinys.), soft reset (save in front of a pokemon like a legendary and keep fighting it.) And the only other way I can think of besides a friend giving you shinys is, Action Replay. the game dystroyer. I my self have never used one. But I heard that they can be great fun!....... Before they stop your game from working.......... But back to shinys! I my first shiny was a random incounter (rare!) It was roselia! (Hence some of my love for them!) But then I got into chaining, And caught more of them! (Chaining is using the key item that you can only get after you beat the Elite Four, Pokeradar!) But if you are a shiny hunter like me, I wish you luck! Some of those shinys are hard to find! (Like me trying to find a shiny Kirlia, But that's going to be another post) So good luck!

Thrashing, Hydro Pumping Bagon
Last night I was able to breed a Bagon to have Hydro Pump and Thrash! Sure Hydro Pump isn't the most accurate move ever but it gets the job done, sometimes very well! And for a lv.1 Bagon to have that? Very awesome! And thrash? Well just have the Bagon hold a Persim berry and you are good! To get a Bagon to have these moves, breed a female Salamence with a male Gyarados that knows both of those moves, and Ta-Da! A Bagon with Hydro Pump and Thrash!

Pokemon Fossils
You know what I find very annoying about fossils? In the old games you can only get one of each! And in D/P/PLT you have to go underground to get them! Also bad, you can only get some kinds of fossils in some games (skull in Diamond, armor in Pearl, both in Platinum but only if your I.D. no. is even or odd). But at least you can soft reset them.

Pokemon of the Week #1
This Pokemon of the Week is: Roselia!
Pokedex Number: 315
Thorn Pokemon
Types: Grass / Poison
Average Height: 1' 0"
Average Weight: 4.4 lbs.
Evolution: Budew > Roselia > Roserade
Highest stat: Special Attack
Abilites: Poison point / Natural cure
Weaknesses: Fire / Flying / Ice / Psychic
Resistances: Electric / Fighting / Grass / Water
About this Pokemon: Roselia have a wonderful aroma that comes from they're flowers. The stronger the aroma the more powerful the poison. Roselia also have sharp thorns witch can poison anyone they prick.
What's good about this Pokemon: Roselia have very high Special Attack and can learn many Special Attacks. It can also learn some very good H.P. draining attacks. Also, it can learn a variety of status inflicting moves that can cause huge problems for the foe Pokemon.
What's bad about this Pokemon: It has very bad Defense and rather bad H.P. They can't learn very many poison type moves. they have many weaknesses. It's poison point can be bad if it poisons a foe Pokemon you are trying to catch. most of it's egg moves are Physical. And it's hard to defeat in the wild.
My opinion on this Pokemon: it's awesome! It's variety of attacks and resistances makes it hard to defeat. but don't evolve it into Roserade too soon! Because it can't learn as many of the moves as it can as a Roselia!
